CAN I PAY THE RESERVATION AT THE HOTEL UPON ARRIVAL?

No, reservations must be paid in full before travel. You should keep in mind that availability is limited and your reservation will be guaranteed upon full payment.

ARE THERE DEPARTURES FROM OTHER CITIES?

No, at the moment our departures are only from the Maiquetía Airport.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN ON THE STAY?

Yes, children from 2 to 10 years old have a 20% discount sharing the room with their parents.

DO CHILDREN HAVE DISCOUNTS ON EXCURSIONS?

No, they would pay the full amount for the excursions.

ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS FOR GROUPS?

We do not have discounts for groups.

CAN I RESCHEDULE MY TRIP IF I CANNOT TRAVEL ON THE RESERVED DATE FOR CAUSES BEYOND MY WILL?

Yes, but keep in mind that you must pay a penalty for resubmitting tickets and rescheduling is valid for one year. It is important to consider that if you reschedule on a date where the rate is higher than what you initially paid, you must pay the difference due to price change.

ARE THERE FAMILY ROOMS?

Yes. We have 1 Deluxe Family room for 5 people, which has 1 King bed, 1 single bed, a full bed, and a bathroom. 

Additionally, we have a Standard Family room for 5 people, which has 1 King bed, 3 single beds and 1 bathroom.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR SENIORS?

We do not have senior discounts at this time.

WHAT IS THE BEST TIME OF THE YEAR TO VISIT CANAIMA?

Canaima can be enjoyed in any season because it has incredible nature. There are certain times of the year when the river is not optimal for some excursions, especially in the dry season. However, there are many wonderful options to enjoy during the dry season.

From July to October are the months when there is greater fluidity of water in the rivers due to the rains. This greatly favors the flow, since in this way the curiaras can navigate easily and the falls are at their best. Although andThis may vary from year to year, taking into account that nature is unpredictable and the climate changes constantly.

If it is your first time in Canaima, traveling between the end of May and the beginning of January will surely allow you to visit Angel Falls across the river. And in the dry season you could visit it with an overflight by plane or helicopter.

If you have visited us on other occasions, there are numerous excursions available that vary depending on the season.

FROM WHAT AGE CAN THE TOUR TO ANGEL FALL BE TAKEN?

We recommend children from 7 years old. It is not a recommended excursion for children under 6 years old, nor for people over 65 years old, since it is of high difficulty, the route is extensive and for the most part demanding.

During the curiara rides you navigate through rapids, where the waters are turbulent and require great care and attention at all times. Likewise, the trekking through the mountain to the Angel Falls viewpoint has steep paths, with obstacles, paths of stones, large and slippery roots.

WHEN IS THE DROUGHT SEASON?

The dry season is between November and mid-April. During this season you can take excursions to Wadaima, climb the top of Salto Sapo and Salto Hacha, in addition to entering the waterfalls of Salto La Golondrina and visit the Kavac caves, without problems, since upon entering the cave the water It is at a medium level where it can be passed more easily.

IS IT RECOMMENDED TO TAKE THE EXCURSION TO ANGEL FALL DURING THE DROUGHT SEASON?

It is not recommended, because the river in that season is very low and complicates the route, making it longer and more difficult to navigate, since sometimes they must get off the curiara and this delays the excursion.

WHAT DO YOUR PACKAGES INCLUDE?

✅Direct non-stop air ticket Maiquetía-Canaima-Maiquetía, on the modern Embraer 190 from Conviasa airline. With a baggage allowance of 23kg checked in and 5kg as hand luggage, per person. Children under 3 years of age have a luggage allowance of 10 kg.

✅ Accommodation for your entire stay (3 or 4 nights depending on the package you choose).

✅ All meals, natural juices and coffee.

✅ Curiara excursion through the Canaima Lagoon visiting the Hacha, Sapo and/or Golondrina Falls depending on the water level.

✅ Use of Paddle and Kayac equipment in the Lagoon.
✅ Awnings and beach chairs service to enjoy a beach day in our Canaima lagoon known for its fine white sand.

WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION POLICIES?

-60 days before the trip a full refund will be made.

-Between 60 and 30 days before the trip, a partial refund is made. The cost of the ticket and taxes is not refunded.

-Between 30 and 15 days before the trip, 50% of the package price is refunded.

-Less than 15 days before the trip, no refunds are made.

-In case of rescheduling for extreme reasons that make your trip impossible, keep in mind that rescheduling is valid for 1 year.

DO YOU SEND ME AIR TICKETS?

We do not send airline tickets. We only send the reservation voucher, in which you can view the flight itinerary and details of your reservation.

On the day of your trip, you will only need the identification document with which you registered your reservation to be able to check in, it is the only thing that the airline will ask of you to board your plane.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS?

Yes, through a deposit at Banco Bancamiga, to our Bancamiga Cash Account.

CAN I PAY FOR EXCURSIONS AT THE HOTEL?

No, excursions must be paid prior to your trip in order to guarantee your space.

WHAT TYPE OF ROOMS DO YOU OFFER?

These are the categories of our rooms:

Standard Rooms: These are our simplest rooms that have been remodeled. They are smaller and have a view of our beautiful gardens.

Deluxe Rooms: They are the best rooms. They are spacious with spacious bathrooms, located right in front of the Lagoon. They have an amazing view from the room and bathroom.

TOP Deluxe Rooms: These are the DELUXE rooms that are located right in front of the Lagoon with incredible views from the room and bathroom.

They all include:

✅ Feather pillows.

✅ Top-notch lingerie.

✅ Hot Water.

✅ Air Conditioning.

✅ Room service two (2) times a day.

Our DELUXE and TOP DELUXE rooms can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably, while our STANDARD category rooms can accommodate up to 3 people.

We also have some Family rooms!

IMPORTANT: Single rooms have a surcharge of 30% of the package cost.
